$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kdesdk-dolphin-plugins 

kdesdk-dolphin-plugins is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kdesdk-dolphin-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdesdk-dolphin-plugins *

You will get with kdesdk-dolphin-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
